¡¡¡¡The School of Management was established in 1978, presently
offers 3 undergraduate study programs of Information Management
and Information System, Electronic Commerce, and Library Science;
and 2 master¡¯s programs of Library Science and Information Science.
There are 357 registered undergraduate and 25 graduate students.
The department has 26 faculty and staff, including 3 professors
and 6 associate professors. In the past 20 years more than 1,500
students have graduated. |

The School has
one reference room with 27,500 volumes of books, 174 kinds of journals,
magazines and newspapers; one electronic commerce laboratory, one
digital library laboratory, and one information management and information
system laboratory with 200 plus sets of computers, copy machines,
slide projectors, cameras, scanners and computer projectors.
¡¡¡¡Since 1990 the faculty
members have been the principal investigators of 23 research projects
and published more than 300 journal publications, 30 academic
works and textbooks. Some projects have found the applications
in socioeconomic development.
